Mental health
Mental health can affect us in many ways e.g. our physical health, our relationships, our tasks, and depression will increase to destroy our mental health forever.
It could be about being affected by something, like watching everyone in our circle or in our family achieve something while we haven't started anything not being successful enough to gain an achievement, or not being recognized enough. This occurs a lot when u are a university student and competition is everywhere.
Someone's behavior can affect u when after a few years of friendship comes to a halt and no communication happens. when an engagement breaks or divorce between a married couple happens, there is no stopping that event unless u move on and find another one, being content without is fine too. A way of Happiness is ur choice and will.
or a traumatic incident either in our childhood or in our current adult life.
As a child, so many things happen beyond our comprehension as we are new to life, we don't know what's right or wrong. Living through it until maturity happens and dealing with such stuff happens and is recognized as traumas. Some Behaviours are often silent about truams and their responses which takes time to notice and deal with.
Reactions like E.g. being passive-aggressive, Reacting violently or abusively to someone's interaction, and Not accepting someone's compliment of us because we have been used to insults and abuses.
Shouting instead of showing love to our loved ones Hinders growth and the feeling of being loved. When we sit at home, don't interact with anyone, or do something productive, can affect our health or it could be mental issues affecting our daily life that comes to a stop.
Mental health should be addressed when comfort is felt and secure
